Anyone who implements the WES before the SAP EWM® rollout gives their team time to get used to digital warehouse control and starts the EWM rollout with an already experienced workforce and a clean data foundation. Anyone who implements the WES afterwards closes the data gaps that become visible during live EWM operations. Both sequences work.
